CE standards
The Piton Board complies with CE standards. Our standardization process was carried out in collaboration with an independent organization, APAVE.
To meet CE certification requirements, the Board must be considered both an "industrial machine" and a "climbing wall." Therefore, it must comply with the NF EN 12572-1 standard for structure and the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for aspects related to motorization and user safety.
The Piton Board is the only one on the market to include compliance with both standards in its CE certification, ensuring real and effective protection for our customers and their users.
Designed with innovation and sustainability in mind

LAMINATED PANELS
Our team put its whole expertise in the design of an innovative and sustainable board. We used plastic-recycled laminated wood panels, compliant with AFNOR standards, that are resistant to wear and scratches and easy to clean. The Piton Board panels are made of laminated birch or poplar, a material known for its rigidity as well as its ability to resist dirt and chalk. Maintenance is minimal, and the panels maintain a like-new appearance even after intensive use

MOTOR
The ingenious motor provides speed and resistance and its 3.5 meters location makes it safe and easy to clean.

ROBUST AND FAST LIFTING SYSTEM
Our Piton board is equipped with a unique highlyresistant strap system, with a security system compliant with AFNOR standards. The motorized lifting system combines an electric motor with industrial straps. It combines speed and extrem durability, ensuring continuous performance over multiple uses. This system is faster and more durable than a hydraulic cylinder system.
