Compliant with CE standards.
The Piton Board complies with CE standards. Our certification process was carried out in collaboration with APAVE, an independent certification body.
NF EN 12572-1
To meet CE certification requirements, the board must be considered both an "industrial machine" and a "climbing wall." This standard governs the structural side: the climbing wall itself.
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
This directive covers everything related to motorization and user safety — the parts of the board that move, lift, and tilt under power.
Audited by APAVE
The Piton Board is the only board on the market to include compliance with both standards in a single CE certification — ensuring real and effective protection for our customers and the people who climb on it.
